New Caney: east Montgomery County’s I-69 crossroads
New Caney is an unincorporated community in east Montgomery County, centered on US 59—now I-69—and FM 1485, just north of Porter and Kingwood. The I-69 and Grand Parkway (SH 99) interchange has turned it into a regional shopping and logistics hub. Valley Ranch Town Center sits right at that intersection, and its developer has announced more on the way, including a planned H-E-B in the new Commerce District.
West of the freeway, the East Montgomery County Industrial Park off FM 1485 and Gene Campbell Road is home to the Walmart Distribution Center, a Lowe’s distribution operation, and manufacturers and energy-service companies. New Caney ISD, headquartered on Loop 494, has grown to more than 19,000 students and 21 campuses, which makes it the area’s largest employer. Add retail, healthcare, and county offices, and New Caney has a lot of people working shifts that don’t leave time to leave the building for a snack.

Why a local Montgomery County operator?
New Caney is on the east side of the same county we’ve served for years from our shop on Honea Egypt Road in Magnolia, and the Grand Parkway connects the two. Hometown Vending Services owns and operates its own machines and routes, handles refunds and repairs directly, and keeps one local number on every machine: 281-305-8363. When something needs attention, you talk to the company that actually services your machine, not a national call center.
Have locations elsewhere in the county? We also serve Conroe, The Woodlands, and Spring, and we can put multiple sites on one account.
FAQs
Do you serve Porter and the rest of the New Caney area?
We serve New Caney-area businesses along I-69, FM 1485, and the Grand Parkway. If you’re nearby in Porter or east Montgomery County, call us to confirm your address.
Can you handle a warehouse or plant that runs around the clock?
Yes. Cashless machines and Smart A.I. Coolers work any hour, and we set restocking around your shifts and traffic so night crews aren’t left with empty coils.
How often will you restock our machine?
Restock frequency is based on your traffic and sales. Busy distribution and retail sites are visited more often; smaller offices less. We’ll set a schedule that keeps things full.
Does my New Caney business pay for the machine or installation?
No. New machines are always free to you. Installation, stocking, and service cost your business nothing. We earn our money on the snacks and drinks sold, not on the equipment.
